These came in a nice round yellow box packed nicely with foam. The cups were colored as pictured with the gold trim. However, the gold trim was not uniform in few places, some thicker or thinner and some look like it needed a bit more of a thicker gold coat. I am afraid it may tarnish but since it's gold it won't. But still it's worth the price and it's very unique.

Coffee? Tea? Love? This set of cups and saucers was a Valentine's Day gift for my daughter. From the heart shaped saucers to the platinum trimmed cups, this set is just so pretty. The colors are so much fun - you can either match them or mix them up - they look good either way. But the true delight comes when you realize the inside of the cups are shaped "just so" - when you pour in the coffee or tea, the loveliest heart shape becomes evident.

Packaged in a pretty hatbox, this tea set would make a lovely gift for someone who is young OR young at heart.
